LAYOUT AND INFRASTRUCTURE
The yard is neatly and compactl laid out in an area of 46.2 hectors (3, 00,000 square Meters). It is equipped with the latest plasma cutting machines, steel processing facilities, material handling & transportation equipment, cranes of various types and sizes, logistic and storage facilities, QC department with testing and measuring facilities and welding machines of various types in order to ensure that ships are constructed as per the latest class rules and of highest quality standards.The yard has separate and dedicated infrastructure and facilities for ship building and ship repairs. The ship building facilities are as shown below
